Acro

A fusion of gymnastics and dance.

Acro improves flexibility, strength, and balance. Conditioning drills and stretching prepare the dancer for foundational acro skills such as handstands, splits, and bridges. As the dancer advances, they may learn walkovers, heel stretches, chest stands, back handsprings, and much more. Integrating these elements with the art of dance creates an exciting and unique dance performance.
